At E-Pay Sports, we strive to provide a seamless registration process for sports events. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refund After Registration

  • Once a customer registers for an event through E-Pay Sports, the entry is automatically transferred to the event organizer.

  • As a result, refunds are not applicable after registration is completed.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying event details before proceeding with registration.

2. Event Cancellation Refund

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, E-Pay Sports will process refunds upon request.

  • Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the event cancellation date.

  • Refund requests should be sent via email to [support@epaysports.com] with the following details:

    • Name of the registered participant

    • Event name and date

    • Registration ID/Transaction ID

    • Contact details

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of the request.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

  • E-Pay Sports is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.

4. Non-Transferability of Registrations

  • Registrations are non-transferable to another individual or event.

  • Modifications or changes to a registration are subject to the event organizer’s policies.
