At E-Pay Sports, we strive to provide a seamless registration process for sports events. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.
1. No Refund After Registration
Once a customer registers for an event through E-Pay Sports, the entry is automatically transferred to the event organizer.
As a result, refunds are not applicable after registration is completed.
Customers are responsible for verifying event details before proceeding with registration.
2. Event Cancellation Refund
If an event is canceled by the organizer, E-Pay Sports will process refunds upon request.
Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the event cancellation date.
Refund requests should be sent via email to [support@epaysports.com] with the following details:
Name of the registered participant
Event name and date
Registration ID/Transaction ID
Contact details
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of the request.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.
E-Pay Sports is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.
4. Non-Transferability of Registrations
Registrations are non-transferable to another individual or event.
Modifications or changes to a registration are subject to the event organizer’s policies.
