At EPaySports, we strive to deliver well-organized events. However, in the rare case that an event is rescheduled or canceled, participants are entitled to a refund.
Refunds
- Full refunds will be provided if an event is canceled or the event date is changed.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Participants must contact us immediately if they do not receive the refund within the stated timeframe.
Cancellations by Participant
- Once registered, participant names are automatically forwarded to the event organizer, and no cancellation or refund request from the participant will be entertained.
